Join Hoge Fenton’s Employment Law Team for an informative and practical discussion of California and federal leaves of absence, some of which have changed since the pandemic. This program will include discussion and hypothetical scenarios involving the alphabet soup—FMLA, CFRA, PDL, PSL, ADA, FEHA, PFL, SDI—and other leaves, including bereavement leave, military leave, jury duty, crime victims leave, and school activities leave. 2.5 hours of HRCI and MCLE credit will provided.
